ONDEMAND SOFTWARE NAMED MICROSOFT TECHNOLOGY CENTER ALLIANCE MEMBER

OnDemand Personal Navigator™ Technology Approved for Microsoft Customer Centers

KING OF PRUSSIA, PA - November 29, 2006 - OnDemand Software, a division of Global Knowledge, today announced that the company was named as a Microsoft Technology Center Alliance Member. Microsoft's decision to name OnDemand Software an alliance member allows a much wider audience to discover, develop, test and validate OnDemand Personal Navigator solutions prior to deployment in their own IT environment.

Through alliances with industry leaders Microsoft Technology Centers (MTCs) provide comprehensive resources such as hardware, software and services to MTC customers for the duration of their engagement. Microsoft technology experts and specialists from alliance organizations work side-by-side with customers at each center to help architect solutions to solve their business challenges. The five US-based MTCs are located in Austin, Boston, Chicago, Reston and Silicon Valley.

"In selecting our alliance members, we carefully analyze and search for companies with a proven track record and with leading technologies that can bring significant value to customers who are evaluating Microsoft solutions," said John Mathieu, global alliance program manager at Microsoft. "OnDemand Personal Navigator has been running in our MTCs for the past five months, and the benefits are significant. Essentially, the product allows companies to simply and easily create and deploy all of the application documentation and training content for a successful implementation and enterprise rollout."

OnDemand Personal Navigator is a synchronized content development platform for business process documentation, test scripts, tailored role-based training and end-user performance support. From a single authoring session, the solution produces distinct outputs, including self-running and interactive simulations, assessments, in-application performance support, documentation and training materials. With OnDemand Personal Navigator, Microsoft customers can support all phases of a software rollout project - from blueprinting, design, configuration, testing and documentation to training and ongoing learning support to increase user adoption, reduce training costs and reduce the amount of time it takes to develop training content.

"OnDemand Personal Navigator will be demonstrated to Microsoft's most complex and strategic accounts as a vital part of an integrated enterprise solution based on Microsoft's platform," said Kevin Riley, President, OnDemand Software. "Our participation in the MTC underscores Microsoft's commitment to its customers to ensure that implementations and deployments of its solutions are smooth and that end-users are proficient in their applications."
