Kevin Riley is the President for OnDemand Software, a division of Global Knowledge. He oversees the growth and expansion of the division's enterprise-wide software solutions. Mr. Riley has over eighteen
years of direct sales and executive level sales
management experience across multiple industries.
Prior to joining OnDemand Software, a division of
Global Knowledge, he was President & Chief Operating
Officer for Learn2 Corporation, an e-learning company.
He initially joined Learn2 as Executive Vice President,
Sales and Marketing. Previously, he was Vice President
of Sales and Marketing for Ziff-Davis Education.
His career began with Eastman Kodak Co., where he
spent 12 years in various sales and management roles
including National Sales Manager. Mr. Riley holds a Bachelor
of Science degree in Marketing/Management from Old
Dominion University.
Chris Pickett, Chief Strategy Officer
Chris Pickett is the Chief Strategy Officer for OnDemand Software, a division of Global Knowledge. In his role he oversees the future direction for all products, as well as a shared responsibility for their design and ongoing development. Mr. Pickett has over 16 years of experience in the design and development of eLearning education products and solutions. Prior to joining OnDemand Software, Chris was Director of Learning Technologies at PeopleSoft where he developed and managed PeopleSoft's global strategy for all eLearning initiatives related to employee, partner and customer training. His career began with Anderson Consulting in the Change Management Division. Mr. Pickett holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
Mark Overton, Vice President, Product Development
Mark Overton is the Vice President, Product Development. In this role, he is responsible for all design, engineering, testing and documentation related to delivering our enterprise-wide software solutions. Mr. Overton has over fifteen years of experience in commercial software development. He has been with OnDemand Software since its predecessor company, PTS Learning Systems, was acquired in 1999. Prior to his role as Vice President of Product Development, Mr. Overton was the Director of Software Development for the company since its entry into the commercial software business in 1996. Prior to joining OnDemand Software, Mr. Overton was the Director of Information Systems for CentraMed, Inc. Mr. Overton is proud to have served with the 11th Attack Helicopter Battalion in the United States Army.
Diane Seghposs is responsible for worldwide marketing and communications at Global Knowledge. In this role, she is responsible for effective market penetration and consistent product branding strategies for the OnDemand Software Division. Ms. Seghposs has over 15 years of experience in marketing and branding computer software and hardware. Before joining Global Knowledge, Ms. Seghposs held various worldwide sales and marketing management positions at Network Associates, the leading intrusion prevention company. Prior to Network Associates, she held similar positions at Radius and Claris and began her career in software at Microsoft.
Joseph Gruttadauria, Senior Vice President, North America Sales
Joe Gruttadauria is the Senior Vice President of North America Sales for OnDemand Software, a division of Global Knowledge. Mr. Gruttadauria is responsible for the management and growth of direct sales and strategic alliances in North America. Mr. Gruttadauria spent eight years at Centra Software, where he served on the original senior management team that founded the company in 1997 and held numerous positions including vice president of services and operations in North America, as well as general manager, EMEA operations. Before joining Centra, Mr. Gruttadauria was director of customer services at SAP America, where he built and managed the worldwide customer service and support organization. He was a member of the executive management team responsible for guiding SAP through their explosive growth and expansion in the Americas. Mr. Gruttadauria brings over 25 years of experience implementing and supporting enterprise applications in Fortune 1000 environments. Mr. Gruttadauria holds a master's degree in finance from Rochester Institute of Technology, and was an adjunct professor for the graduate school of business at Philadelphia University.
Jennifer Fogg, Vice President, Global Alliances
Jennifer is responsible for all partner alliances activity for the OnDemand Software division of Global Knowledge. In her role, Jennifer develops new business and channels in the PeopleSoft, SAP, and Siebel ERP markets through partnering arrangements with integration partners and software companies. Ms. Fogg has over thirteen years of direct sales and business development experience across several industries. Prior to joining the OnDemand Software Division, Jennifer was a National Account Manager for InfoRay, a business intelligence company. Previously, Jennifer worked for Network Associates, a Security and Network Company, where she spent four years in a variety of roles within the direct and business development organizations. Her career began with Centex Homes, where she spent five years in various sales and management roles. Jennifer holds a B.S. in Management from Stephen F. Austin University.
Robert O'Neill, Vice President, Operations
Robert O'Neill is responsible for worldwide technical support and customer care, IT Services, CustomDoc and Courseware Express at Global Knowledge. In this role, he is responsible for ensuring that all customers of the OnDemand Software Division achieve their training deployment goals through the effective use of our software. Mr. O'Neill has over 30 years of experience in the commercial software business. Before joining Global Knowledge, Mr. O'Neill worked for McGraw-Hill in their commercial school systems division as product manager and senior marketing manager. Prior to working for McGraw-Hill, Mr. O'Neill worked for IBM and Digital Equipment.
Dawn D. Capriotti, SPHR, Vice President of Human Resources
Dawn Capriotti, is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources for the OnDemand Software division of Global Knowledge. She has over ten years of Human Resources experience, and has received both Professional and Senior Professional certifications in Human Resources from the Society for Human Resources Management. Ms. Capriotti has been with Global Knowledge since its predecessor company, PTS Learning Systems, was acquired in late 1999. Prior to her role as Vice President of Human Resources, Ms. Capriotti was responsible for training operations and delivery for PTS. Prior to joining PTS, Dawn held the position of Training Coordinator for Landress Computers. Ms. Capriotti graduated Magna Cum Laude from Neumann College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Liberal Studies, Concentration in Human Resources.
Trish Trolley, Vice President of Product Management
Trish Trolley is the Vice President of Product Management for OnDemand Software. In this role, Trish is responsible for the future direction of the OnDemand Personal Navigator™ and CustomDoc™ product lines, and strives to ensure that the division’s enterprise-wide software solutions continue to advance and meet market and customer needs. Ms. Trolley has been with the OnDemand Software division for over four years in both the Development and Product Management areas. Prior to joining OnDemand Software, Ms. Trolley spent fourteen years at CDI Corporation, an engineering and technical services staffing company. While at CDI, she held a number of positions in the internal IT department designing and developing recruiting and financial systems and managing technical support. Prior to leaving CDI, she worked in field services and as a manager for the SAP implementation.
David Wolf,
Senior Director of Finance
David Wolf is responsible
for overseeing all financial operations for the
OnDemand Software, a division of Global Knowledge. Mr. Wolf has been with Global
Knowledge since its predecessor company, PTS Learning
Systems, was acquired in late 1999. He held the
position of Division Controller prior to being named
Senior Director of Finance for OnDemand Software,
a division of Global Knowledge. Prior to joining
Global Knowledge, Wolf was the Controller/Chief
Financial Officer at Stainless, Inc., of North Wales,
PA. He received his first assignment as a controller
at CenterCore, Inc., a subsidiary of Safeguard Scientifics.
Wolf was a senior financial analyst at Merck & Co.
before joining CenterCore, and he began his career
in finance at MG Industries. A Certified Public Accountant,
Mr. Wolf earned his Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
from Penn State University and an MBA in Finance
from Philadelphia University.
